The cost of return will be at your expense and not reimbursed, unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect. This also applies to free shipping promotions. Please kindly retain any proof of postage or receipt for all returns. We aim to issue any refunds to the original payment method as soon as possible, however within a maximum 14 day window from the item being received by ourselves and/or the return being accepted. Once your return has been processed, an email will be sent to confirm the completion of your refund. This will also be subject to your bank’s processing time.
We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before placing it to ensure that all information and contents are correct. Please be advised that once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
